To book your wedding photography with us please complete as much of the booking form as possible and return it to the studio with a £50.00 deposit.

(You do not have to decide on the presentation requirements at this stage.)

Next, book your engagement/pre-wedding photo sitting.

The balance and final details are due not later than 4 weeks before the date of your wedding.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS.

Payment of the balance is due no later than 1 month before the wedding date. Once this has been received I undertake to be at the church or wedding venue approximately 30 minutes before the service. And if booked, at the address the Bride is departing from approximately 1hour 30 minutes before the service. If requirements of the day change this order, I must know well in advance of the day, and have agreed this in writing.

In the event of a cancellation, monies already paid are not refundable. However if the cancellation is within 6 weeks of the wedding date 50% of the total balance of a Minimum Silver package will be due. Or 50% of a Bronze package, if a Bronze package has been agreed. If you wish to alter the date, time or place of the booked wedding after it has been accepted by me, written notification should be given. However, in the event that I may not be able to accommodate the revised schedule, the alteration must be regarded as a cancelled booking until written confirmation has been received by me.

In booking me you agree to allow me to display samples of results to others if required in the form of a portfolio, exhibition, or publication, as bona fide examples of my work.

You are respectfully reminded that under the Copy Design and Patent Act (1988) the copyright of the photographs resides with me, and copying of the proofs or finished prints is an actionable offence: my rights under Section 77 and 80 of this act are fully asserted.

The proof Wedding Box is the property of Constable Photography Ltd. They will be loaned to you for a returnable deposit of £50.00. (These may be purchased later for £50.00). They will have proof superimposed on each print. Please note that should you post the Proof Box anywhere, it must be adequately insured. (replacement box can be up to £300.00). The Wedding Box and orders together with monies for the orders should be returned to me 2 calendar months from receipt, to guarantee the re-order prices quoted unless otherwise agreed.
